| Business needs analysis

| Upon commencement, a Techlink Communications consultant will meet with you to discuss your individual requirements and expectations. This primarily consists of a brainstorming session and image / marketing paraphernalia gathering session in order to ascertain an overall concept of the look-feel of your site.
Our consultant will also discuss with you the various stages of site design and your role in the design process. This consultation should take between 1-4 hours depending on the complexity of your site and any special requirements you may have.

| Pre-development
|
|
| Based on information provided, draft proposal of your web site design and quotation will be presented to you.
A subsequent meeting will be scheduled to confirm site layout, style, colors, background and content to be included. The site layout will form the basic structure 'look and feel' of your website. All pre-requisites such as content including text, images, logos etc. will be provided at this stage.

| Development
|
|
| Once design requirements and budget have been negotiated, site authoring will commence. Techlink Communications will work closely with the customer at this stage and provide regular development 'snapshot's of current progress.

| Approval and feedback
|
|
At
the completion of each milestone, Techlink
Communications will submit 'snapshots' for approval to
the customer. The customer will be presented with
opportunities to fine tune or amend the current
development so long as it does not constitute
overhauling or complete re-engineering.

| Website
maintenance
|
|
Once
development is complete and site hosting is successful
requirements for regular maintenance of content will
be addressed. Techlink Communications will provide for
training of in-house staff in content authoring or
optionally offer outsourced maintenance. Quarterly and
annually submission of site details to most popular
web search engines will be considered as part of
maintenance.
